Chicken Fried Rice – Clean & *Fix Approved*

This recipe has been added to our weekly meal plan, my husband and I both give it a huge thumbs up! It’s so quick to make, good to eat, and easy to take to work! We enjoy Chinese take-out… a bit too much! This definitely helps curb those cravings, in a totally guilt free way!

I like to make a HUGE batch, about 6 servings at once so I can then meal prep our lunches & dinners for the week! This recipe is cheap and oh so easy. I hope you enjoy!

Clean *Fix Approved* Chicken Fried Rice!
A quick and healthy version of chicken fried rice to curb those take out cravings!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups brown rice
  • 2 cups frozen mixed veggies peas, carrots, green beans, corn mix
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 2 whole eggs scrambled
  • 4 tbsp Braggs aminos

  • 2 cups brown rice
  • 2 cups frozen mixed veggies peas, carrots, green beans, corn mix
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 2 whole eggs scrambled
  • 4 tbsp Braggs aminos
Instructions
  1. Scramble two eggs in a pan
  2. When done, throw in Brown Rice, Grilled Chicken, Mixed Veggies
  3. Cook until warm
  4. Mix in 4 Tbsp of Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
  5. Stir around until golden & Enjoy!

21 Day Fix Breakdown per serving:

1 Yellow – Brown Rice

1 Red – Chicken and 1 Egg

1 Green – Mixed Veggies

1 Orange – Liquid Aminos (2Tbsp)

Meal Prep Tip: Make a ton of brown rice in a rice cooker to speed up your weekly meal prep! Also, boil an entire package of chicken breasts and shred with a hand mixer. You can make a TON of meals with just brown rice and shredded chicken! A lot of our meals include these two staples 🙂
